March 20, 2026 We are eagerly awaiting Spring.
Tomorrow is the Spring Equinox. Soon the Spring ephemerals will begin peeking out from the leaf mold in the wooded areas. Laurie and I (don’t forget Zoey) will be taking more plant walks watching for bloodroot, wild ginger, trout lily, ramps and so many more. We hope you and yours are well in these times and can share the excitement of this season. We are here and available to help with your holistic care needs and learning. Laurie is the knowledge engine behind our business. I will be helping in the background and lending some of my foraging learning and enthusiasm.
